Walkfit is a gentle way to get your heart rate up in a very low impact way. If you been inactive for a while and looking for a simple way to get active again, then WalkFIT is ideal! Aimed at beginners but suitable for all levels. Arm work is also included but it is optional as is using weights so you can adjust the level of fitness.
