This is an on-leash park where dogs must be on a leash at all times.

Minor Works
Ramsay Avenue Reserve has been upgraded.
The site now features:
- A new 3 on 3 basketball court
- New netball ring
- Permanent soccer goals
- Community garden beds
- Nature Play Elements near the fence line - giant reading chair, outdoor library, log table and chairs.
- Nature Play Trail - consisting of log beams and log steppers.
- 2 x new drink fountains
- Upgraded irrigation
No further work was completed on the playground.

Ramsay Avenue Reserve in Seacombe Gardens is a local playground.
It has a multistation with two slides, a rock climbing wall, tunnel and bridge. Swings and a springer will keep little ones entertained.
The northern part of the reserve is a large grassy area.
There's seating, a picnic table and tap. Off-street parking, as well as a disabled car park is available.
