Official Opening of the Oaklands Education Centre and Precinct Opening

The Oaklands Education Centre and Precinct was officially opened on Wednesday 13 March 2019. The centre is a $200,000 partnership between the City of Marion and Flinders University. A rotunda, trike track, basketball/netball area, landscaping & car park were also built. Find out more...
Heron Way Reserve, Hallett Cove | Stormwater Works

Stormwater works at Heron Way Reserve, Hallett Cove are currently underway. For public safety the work site has been fenced off, however the playground, picnic facilities, fitness equipment and foreshore remain accessible.
Plympton Oval, Plympton Park | Works to be completed March 2019

Plympton Oval will be open for use on 16 March 2019. The works undertaken have been significant including installation of underground drainage, new irrigation systems and a complete oval refurbishment. Fencing will remain in place around the cricket pitch until the new turf has firmly established.
Glandore Oval, Glandore | Works from March to May 2019

Works at Glandore Oval will commence in March 2019. The works include refurbishment of 2 of the courts, installation of multi-use play equipment including basketball, soccer nets and mini bike track. The remainder of the site will remain open during construction. Find out more...
