Trott Park Neighbourhood Centre

The aim of Trott Park Neighbourhood Centre is to respond to the health, welfare, individual and community needs of adults and children.

We achieve this by facilitating a fun, diverse and accessible range of social, recreational and educational activities and programs that develop personal growth, encourage wellbeing and a sense of identity and community.

Help keep us safe

Physical distancing
It is important we maintain a physical distance while remaining socially connected. Please observe the 1.5m physical distancing guideline while visiting your neighbourhood centres. This assists us in complying with State Government regulations and keeps our community safe.If you have cold or flu symptoms, seek testing and stay home until you are well. We reserve the right to refuse entry

Booking and payment of classes
All programs will now require a booking and advanced payment to attend. This enables us to monitor and control class sizes while maintaining physical distancing requirements. Method of booking is displayed in the program and if you have any concerns please call our friendly staff so we can assist. Payment is required at time of booking, preferred payment method is card. Please refer to our refund policy on our website.

Trott Park Community Garden Inc.

The City of Marion recognises that community gardens contribute to the wellbeing of communities and provide diverse health, social, environmental and cultural benefits. In particular:

  • Community gardens have the potential to connect communities, build friendships and provide a recreation and educational resource for all age groups.

  • Community gardens enable people to pursue horticultural activities in an urban environment and can be particularly valuable in medium and higher density areas where people may have limited garden space.

  • Community gardens provide an opportunity to grow food in an environmentally sustainable way and contribute to addressing food security.

The Trott Park Community Garden Inc is a place for everyone to meet, to learn, to grow and to enjoy their rewards.
